THE HOUSE
In the heart of the Hunter Wine region on De Beyers Road and adjacent to Harkham Cellar Door, Harkham House is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom duplex accommodation in a contemporary, yet country style. Situated on Harkham Estate, with surrounding views up to the ranges, the property is a 6-minute drive to the Hunter Valley Gardens, and under 5 minutes to Cypress Lakes Golf Course. Close to well-known cellar doors, restaurants, and major tourist attractions, your stay will have you only minutes away from all the best the Hunter has to offer.
As you enter this modern four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms property, you will immediately feel at home. Contemporary and casual in style and design, Harkham House has everything you’ll need for a relaxing, rural stay. Central to the house is a stone-built fire place to warm the entertainment areas of lounge, kitchen featuring a small pizza oven, and dining, leading out to a sandstone balcony where you can enjoy a casual BBQ and glass of wine while watching the sun set over the acreage to the mountain range beyond.

Harkham House sleeps up to 10 guests - Rates are based on 8 guests
Weekend – minimum 2 nights, 8 guests from $1000 per night
Extra guests are charged at $100 per adult per night.
Additional children 2-12 years $60 per child per night
Weekend one night stays may be available and will attract a surcharge.
A $50 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.
Children under 12 years are charged at $60 per child per night. Infants under 2 are free.

A security deposit/bond of $800.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.No pets allowed
BEDROOMS
Harkham House bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with King bed, two Queen size bedrooms one with a sofa bed and bedroom 3 with two king singles.. There is a ensuite in the master bedroom.
All bedrooms have luxurious commercial quality beds and mattresses. All beds are made with crisp cotton commercially laundered linen. We have a firm and a soft pillow selection for each bed.. There is also a good selection of warm blankets. We provide one bath towel per person (extra if your stay is over 3 nights) and all bathrooms have bath mats, hand towels and face washers all supplied.

HARKHAM HOUSE HAS 2.5 BATHROOMS AND PROVIDES COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATION FOR UP TO 10 GUESTS.
Relax and unwind in the beautiful comtemporary styled bathroom, soak in a bath or enjoy a hot shower before sitting by the fire or indulging in some beautiful wines by Harkham. The choices are endless.
Harkham House bathrooms consist of a modern bathroom, separate toilet and ensuite in Master room.
KITCHEN
The gourmet kitchen at Harkham is fully equipped, encouraging you to unleash your culinary creativity, and a convenient coffee machine is a must. Or if it’s a night off you crave then why not head over to our recently opened Harkham Restaurant and let someone else do the cooking for you. Try our superb Italian dishes and mouth watering cocktails.
