2020 OLD VINES SHIRAZ
Lifted aromatics of bramble fruits and black cherry precede a palate with a depth to lose yourself in, achieved by hand harvest from 65 year-old vines that then undergo off-the-vine ripening (appassimento) allowing us to create an Amarone style Shiraz that is concentrated, full bodied and brooding with exotic clove spice knitted into the finish.
Wild ferment, no fining or filtration.
